Application rules

Counts toward 5/24
Opening it takes one of your Chase 5/24 slots.
Once per lifetime
Barclays' terms say this welcome bonus is only for people who have never had the Hawaiian Airlines World Elite Mastercard, and it can take the bonus back from a current or former cardholder.
Application channel
Barclays no longer lists Hawaiian Airlines cards on its own site; new applications go through Bank of Hawaii, though Barclays still issues the card. Your miles are Atmos Rewards points.
Card family
Having this card doesn't stop you from getting the welcome bonus on Bank of America's Atmos Rewards cards.
Underwriting sensitivity
Barclays often declines applicants who have opened 6 or more cards with any bank in the past 24 months, and it usually approves about one new Barclays card every 6 months.
